Sportoutdoor.tv is the first TV and web platform dedicated to the world of outdoor sports, a magnifying glass of the world that revolves around outdoor sports and the lifestyle that they present.

THE CHALLENGE

Floriano Omoboni has been a sports journalist and television producer for over 20 years. He was the first in Italy to set up a syndicate of local channels, that is, to gather under a single production company a series of television programs that are then resold to several national and regional networks, including Odeon. Omoboni turned to STAND OUT to become the benchmark in his sector and to be recognized as a leading producer of television programs devoted entirely to outdoor sports. Omoboni’s work comes from his passion and over the years he has gone through various aspects of the production process and sports journalism. The challenge for STAND OUT was to design and implement a personal branding action plan.

THE SOLUTION

Floriano Omoboni had behind him a career path full of stories to tell, and work experience of over 20 years that STAND OUT reunited, revalued and rewrote, focusing on the characteristics that made ​​it so. The steps of the personal branding action plan were: the reconstruction of his CV, the preparing of a personal website, the realization of a personal video, the publication of an ebook, the restyling of the Omoboni brand story and finally the creation of the Sportoutdoor.tv site, the first Italian portal platform entirely dedicated to outdoor sports.

STAND OUT then used the press office in order to strengthen the positioning of Omoboni and the multiplatform Sportoutdoor.tv.

THE RESULTS

The plan made ​​by STAND OUT with Floriano Omoboni led to the positioning of the journalist as an expert in outdoor sports, the creation of the brand and logo for Sportoutdoor.tv, which is currently airing on over 100 local networks and online, the creation of personal websites and an online portal, and the creation of newsletter materials. The press office has also ensured the permanent presence of Omoboni in the monthly EFFE – Savings and Investment (an economic monthly for an audience of investors) with a section dedicated to major sporting events and outdoor activities in Italy.
